(a) You have elected traffic school within the past 12 months or more than 5 times in the past 10 years, or
(b) If you have a CDL, Commercial Drivers License, or
(c) If your citation written for driving 30mph or more over the posted, or
(d) The County you received the ticket does not get your notice to elect school before the due date.
2. AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2009 YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A DISCOUNT ON THE FINE IF YOU ELECT TRAFFIC SCHOOL.

3. DON'T BE FOOLED BY CHEAP DRIVING SCHOOLS.
You will pay the fine, the cost of school, and state and administrative fees that the traffic schools tack on. You will also have to sit through the most boring Driving School lectures you can imagine.
4. IF YOU OR THE DRIVING SCHOOL YOU HIRE FAIL TO SUBMIT A COMPLETION CERTIFICATE by your compliance date the points for your violation will be assessed to your driver’s license. Failure to submit a completion certificate by your compliance date shall result in additional fees, license suspension and the points for your violation will be assessed to your driver’s license.
5. 98% OF OUR CLIENTS DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO DRIVNG SCHOOL.
Most of our client's may be guilty, but that doesn't mean they should have to sit in school like a child and be lectured to by some government bureaucrat. If you hire us and you still get school, we will give you your money back.
